Apple’s iPhone 17



Apple recently revealed its brand new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's three upgrades to familiar models as well as the new iPhone Air, that replaces the Plus. If camping out on release day isn't your style, but you still need to grab one right away, you will be able to pre-order the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, before the September 19th release date.

Aplpe’s iPhone 17 features a redesigned look with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after a long wait (and a ton of grumbling), the base iPhone finally includes a 120Hz refresh rate.

Internally, Apple’s new A19 chip is faster as well as more optimized, particularly when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you'll experience a huge jump in speed and better gaming performance courtesy of ProMotion.
On the camera front, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also gets an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography sharper and much more refined.

The iPhone 17 will come in a range of colours including black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.

The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in four shades: black, white, light gold and sky blue.
